Toasted Tea (Dry)
Turmeric blend with a spicy kick. Add 1/2-1 teaspoon to a cup of hot water and your favorite sweetener. Can be used in coffee, as seasoning, or yellow rice. It's been reported to help with weight loss and symptoms high blood pressure and diabetes.
